When you request a quote, the form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, street address, city, state, postal code and a description of the work you need done.
We use these details to contact you about your request, prepare an estimate and, if you hire us, to do the work and keep records of it. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in this website's database, which is hosted by Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to us. We keep them until we no longer need them for the reasons above. To have yours deleted, contact us using the phone number or email address at the bottom of this page.
What the website collects automatically
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the website does not set cookies in your browser. Cookies are only set for our own staff when they sign in to edit the site.
Videos
Our videos are hosted on Vimeo. Each one shows a preview image loaded from Vimeo's servers, and the Vimeo player itself only loads when you press play. We turn on the player's Do Not Track option, which tells Vimeo not to track your viewing. Vimeo's own privacy policy applies to its player.
Spam protection
The quote form includes a hidden field that automated spam tools tend to fill in. It collects nothing about you.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions about this policy can go to the phone number or email address at the bottom of every page.
